Glimmer farming...why so boring?
All bungie needs to do to make this game 3x more enjoyable is make glimmer farming a little easier.
But for glimmer....just boost how much you get significantly on some way or a combination of ways. You could raise what you get from enemies, make the boost materials last longer, put more in loot chests, bigger rewards for missions, MAKE GLIMMER OBTAINABLE IN THE RAIDS!!!!
There's not one fun thing about having to run a part of a mission 20 times in a row just to get 10k glimmer.
Why do you make the least fun things about the game the things you end up doing half (primary more of the time)?!!! Doesn't make sense at all.
Ps: unless you have at least 3 seperate class, level 29+ characters don't say you have enough glimmer. Of course you do. Lol

6 RepliesHere's s pro tip gents: Get a team of 3 guardians and load up the new strike (ps exclusive one). When you get to the boss just ignore him and kill everything else. Lots of armored enemies so consume your vex glimmer booster. Make it rain!

8 RepliesHow are you running out of glimmer? Even with Xurs upgrade costs glimmer doesn't take long at all to gather. They should raise the cap on it though 25k is pretty low.

Destiny's glimmer system is so broken it's insane. All you need to know is that's it's 7k to upgrade an exotic and you can hold a max of 25k. Across 3 bloody characters. Buuuuuusted.

6 RepliesBeing a veteran gamer I had many if not all the luxury of the loot caves, errors and more. But the one thing I did do was horde material and glimmer consumables. Comfortably sitting on 100k plus of consumables.

2 RepliesGlimmer farming is petty quick. Start a level 30 strike with lots of yellow shield dudes. Equip you glimmer enhancers and kill them and let some low level dude take you out. Rinse and repeat. 10k glimmer an hour.

1 ReplyI just turn on the glimmer things at the start of every strike. Between that and the 200 glimmer drops, you fill up pretty easily.
