Error code Viper

Every time I try to play the game after turning my Xbox One on, it gives me error code Viper and I have to actually take out the Destiny disk, load up another game's disc, then put Destiny back in. After that it works fine. Is there a fix for this?

  • I just got the game played it last night. Today viper shows up and black screen. What w waste of money Thanks bungie!

  • I get viper when i lose internet connect, i set my xbox one up as a DMZ on the UVERSE Router. That solved my connection problems... also when i get viper after my xbox one has been turned off, i simply press xbox button, on main menu where destiny is loaded... and press quit, then just wait a moment , and relaunch destiny, it starts fresh.

    • This is clearly a problem associated with att uverse. I have the same problem and it forces me to do a hard restart each time which broke my last Xbox one.
