Hey Tony, you generally have to kind of get your own raid groups going nowadays. Make a post and set one for a certain night and time and ask people to come with you. Then link it in the group chat and try to fill it up. The other thing is sometimes thats the best way to learn and improve. If you can make it work with a group of randoms, you've learned the encounter well and can communicate. Generally though I've found that more often than not I'll be ending up pugging the raids and finding groups off the LFG site or groups. I know personally I think I'm going to try and find another XB1 clan to try and find a regular raid group as I prefer playing with people closer to my own age and this group seems to have their progression group pretty set.
