This might sound random

but couldn't you just click on someones name here in the forum and it would take you to their guardian's legend webpage so you could look at their character? Does that not work anymore and of not how do I view other people's guardian?

On the mobile app I clicked the name and hit the ... button. Select author profile and it goes to their toons page
