I may be saying something stupid, but one other thing that could be cool is like finding the old intelligence services buildings, almost like the archive on Venus, the secret services may well have had the first knowledge and warning of the collapse and attempted to preserve some of humanity's knowledge. I dunno, could be cool

well (spoiler alert) Fox is part of the "old World" and was one of the first sentinels to the traveller but broke off for reasons unknown ( which you will find out). very good idea tho
