I have an issue. I have Destiny trial on my Xbox 360, and I have played the hell out of it. Yesterday, I got to play around with a friend's Xbox One, and I downloaded the Destiny trial version. I wanted to see the differences in appearance and gameplay between the two versions of the game, and now I cannot play on my Xbox 360. Just to be clear, my friend does NOT have the full version of destiny, only the demo. I do NOT have any characters on my account higher than level 7, and I do NOT have any characters on my account with access to any content not available in the demo. I have seen numerous people stating that the issue with Chimpanzee is error is that a character is above level 7 or has played on the non-demo version of Destiny at some point. I do not fit into that, though. It seems odd to me that "My Bungie account is not compatible with this version of Destiny" just because I also played the demo on Xbox One as well. Any help I could get would be wonderful. (Also, another note. I have tried restarting Destiny several times. I have attempted deleting and redownloading the demo. I have even deleted my gamertag and redownloaded it to my console. I have tried waiting, and I have lost my patience. Is my only option to play Destiny now to go buy an Xbox One and a copy of Destiny...? I want to buy it, but I was planning on buying it for my Xbox 360, and I don't particularly want to go buy an Xbox One just because of some arbitrary nonsense).
