Vanguard quartermaster must be rolling in it
Just noticed the spread he is taking out of his materials trading.
He bought materials at a price of 5 marks for 50 materials. Now he's selling them at 10 marks for 20 materials.
That's the widest exchange rate spread I've ever seen. I hope the tower equivalent of the FSA will be investigating his sharp practices!
