Don't have a computer I use my internet on my ps3 and android phone.my brightness is only on 25%

Born with to much energy take a while to drain and tire out. Was easy as a kid but now I'm up 14-17 hours a day and doctors say by time I'm reach 30 I would get maybe 1-4 hour sleep. After that might develop insomnia by 40.

24-17= 7 7-9 hours is the recommended sleep time so[spoiler]Go to sleep >:/)/[/spoiler]

I sleep 5-6h per day I go to sleep around 12-01am and wake up at 6am

Are you tired through tout the day? When I was in high school I would stay up until 1 and wake up at 6:30 but I would be tired all day

Yes from 7am-15:30pm at work in a physical job as ventilation installer, its hard work and I'm pretty tired after work but still have energy to do stuff.

Now at 22 I'm at recommended sleep needed. As a kid I slept to much that it was unhealthy and later on I'll never sleep again. I would like to sleep when I want but,till I feel tired I'm stuck on ps3,Tv and internet.
