Today is the third day she has had fever. The doctor says there's nothing wrong. Just a viral cold. If she has a fever tomorrow, I'm going to lose it.

Some colds can last a long time; I remember having one for almost a week. It's easier for children to get viruses like that, too. Be patient; I'm sure your little one will feel better!
