Another Nitc

So I got the new vanguard scout rifle with some pretty good perks but I have a problem with it. so the magazine size says 20 but I'm only seeing 19 rounds on the screen. Is mine bugged or does this happen to the new scout rifles?

mine's the same way. it's okay, leveling mine now. just wish it reloaded as fast as my MIDA.
