Vision of Confluence is a great scout rifle.

Its getting upgraded next. Already maxed the Vex and its a monster!!!!

It is indeed, I was using VoC whilst I was doing this raid. Fully upgraded with extra oracle damage.

I will be running with it next myself. I remade my third character but kept all his goodies. I will be Vog raiding on all three this week after reset. Need lots of shards ;))
