When can locks have armour that gives them the best class abilities of other classes?

My warlock armor is set up for charging my special. Almost at 300 intellect.

ya our armour may not have all the cool perks, but some gear buffs up our stats like feeaking crazy. I have one set I carry for PVP that boosts all cooldowns no less than 60%, increased melee attack, reduce grenade cool down, more heavy ammo and paired with my shotti that has 2 nodes that reduce grenade cooldown...your right. warlock is lacking on gear. but his power makes up for it. Warlock for the win. followed by titan.
