I haven't had anything worse than stepping on a nail since I'm cautious

Number one was a spinal tap. That shit hurts I won't even go there. Second was when I was at a dirt jump park on my hardtail mountain bike (I miss it so much that was such a sweet set up) and as I was doing a certain trick called a tabletop (which is basically getting your bike sideways, parallel with the ground) on a hip transfer. I misjudged the landing and my front wheel clipped the top of the landing ramp and I fell straight onto my shoulder. Mind you the top of this landing ramp is a good 8 or 9 feet in the air, along with me coming down from the 15 feet of air I had accumulated. So that's basically 24 feet, straight down onto my shoulder. It destroyed most of the ligaments in my shoulder and the labrum I think it's called? It's basically what keeps your shoulder in place. My arm was dislocated and was pulled so far out of place the skin on my finger tips was torn. Had to have surgery and months of rehab. Still bothers me to this day.
