Should you buy Destiny 2 when it comes out? Should you continue the fight as your Guardian through the adventures the next game has to offer? Well so far destiny has been a good game and there isn't a lot to complain about. But how do you feel knowing that you spent 95 dollars for the game that has no downloadable content or expansions and would you be willing to do it again? "But wait we did get DLC and there is more to come!" My friend it appears that way but let me now tell you what "ODLC" is. "ODLC" stands for "On Disc Loadable Content" and that is exactly what you got with Destiny. The "Download" so to speak was a whopping 9mb. So this means all of the content was already on disc. Also don't forget about those glitches that revealed all of the content ahead of time and how would that be possible if we hadn't downloaded it already? I don't believe any of this is in any way bungies fault. They had hopes and dreams of this game being an expansive game that would be added onto for years to come in the form of one ever expanding game. That is part of the dream that they included us in. But it seems that the hand that feeds had something else in mind. So that being said is it worth paying 95 dollars for a 60 dollar experience? Is there more actual DLC coming out for destiny? Are we the loyal fans going to keep getting underhanded? Is bungie going to continue to be manipulated and not be allowed to build their dream game? Is destiny doomed? Well that all remains to be seen.
I love this game and its great to play it with friends and I have a lot of time logged on it but unless something big changes with these games and how they are being conducted I will not be purchasing any more destiny related content.
What will you do and what is your opinion?

You'll have to buy Destiny 2: Become Legend Again if you want to continue playing Destiny because all the vanilla content will be locked off until you do.

Yep. I've been calling out Activision on this one from the very beginning.

You know most of the ODLC is actually stuff they keep server side, right? And anything that wasn't was installed in that massive update a couple of weeks back.

Destiny 2 will be an expansion like World of Warcraft

"There isn't a lot to complain about". Is this your first time on the forums?
