What do you think will happen with Playstation 4's first price drop? Console wars are stupid, but Microsoft is already pulling out all the stops just to tread water with PS4. Hopefully they take a lesson from this with Xbox4 if they plan on making one. I would have stayed with Xbox and XBL had Microsoft not tried to sell a technically weaker console for more money AND been so wishy washy with all of their key policies

Actually they seem to be, both Sony and Microsoft have been hinting at pulling out of consoles. I don't have any links about this but I've read a few things on it.

However Xbox is unprofitable by rich tycoon board member standards, and the board of directors for Microsoft would be happy to try to spin it off as it's own entity and sell it.
