Increase Legendary Engram Probability

Decrease Legendary Engram Probability

Keep it like it is now! I think 40 Rare Engrams is a fine amount

The Cryptarch treated me better at launch

Just trying to get some feedback on other guardians experience with the Cryptarch post 1.1 patch. I've leveled him 4 times since the patch and have received 2 Blue Engrams each time.

Same. Which is odd, since they were supposed to make legendary more commonsense it now takes longer to lvl. Seems worse now.
