Crota Fight : Boomer control POV and Tutorial (and a little more)
Hey guys, just beat Crota (FINALLY) and was designated boomer control. If anyone needs a first person view on Boomer control, here’s a link to my first ever tutorial (please be kind!).
Here are a few pointers that everyone should know before the fight :
- Crota starts in the middle, moves right, back to middle, then left, middle, right middle etc etc
-Boomer control is important so that the sword carrier doesn’t die when hitting Crota
-If you let the ogres spawn, you must take them down ASAP.
-After you take the ogres down, you have to run up to the door to get the sword carrier to spawn. If you don’t do this, he spawns after a really long time and you won’t have time for 2 rotations before he moves.

I've heard that people have done this without the ogres spawning. Can anyone confirm that they spawn every 2 rotations? Thanks!

1 ReplyQuestion; why don't you get 2 uses out of your invisibility per super? When your super is about to end fire a round to make yourself visible again and activate your invisibility again. Then you get double the time, would've made that revive even safer (not that it was necessary, but you never know) Good run, very different to the strat we used but effective none the less.
