I haven't had anything worse than stepping on a nail since I'm cautious
.
-
Getting stabbed in the leg.
-
I caught a nut in my zipper once. I can honestly saw I cried. I was 16 at the time, and had also broken an arm and a finger before that.
-
Sprained my ankle Freshmen year in high school. Got hit by a 80mph baseball in the elbow during a game when I was batting. I think it -blam!-ed up my bone or something. My left elbow feels different than my right one.
-
Don't know how, but my side hurt (real bad) and I went to the hospital, and peed in a cup. :)

Can't decide which hurt more?: When my dad took my training wheels off and I scraped my knee down to bone ______________________________ Me thinking I could dismount my bike at high speeds and then proceeding to face plant at high speed Or___________________________ When I poked my head into a door [half way] and my friend fell on to the door while my head was in the door
-
I broke my hand punching my friend and knocking him out to keep him from doing something stupid and for another reason
-
It's weird, because my worst injuries which surely would have been most painful actually were not...thanks to adrenaline and whatever else the body uses that numbs the pain. I cannot recall the last time I was in great pain...
-
Breaking my arm.

I shattered part of my foot when I was in 6th grade, my parents didn't believe me that is was broken so I walked on it for an entire weekend. When the doctor walked back in with the X-ray he said, "Looks like you have a spiders web in your foot." Was not a fun time.
-
I broke my pinky and dislocated it and had it popped back into place with no pain medication because my line of reasoning was a needle would just make it hurt more -_-
-
Alcohol into fresh cuts

My aunt used to live on a fairly big hill, so that when you were heading up to her driveway the car would be at a 30° angle. Anyway, I thought it would be a wonderful idea to shred down that bitch on my bike(which still had training wheels btw). Hit a pothole, scraped up most of my body, at least all the parts that would've touched the asphalt in a short rag-doll roll.

Stepping on Lego > stepping on a nail.
