Expansion pack Download issues

I have a PS3 that I have purchased the expansion pack for. It shows in the service license but does not show in game. PSN support says that it is in. For PS4 the resolution is reset the licensing. This apparently not available on the PS3. Talked to Sony and they said that the issue is on Bungie and Actavition. Download of the DLC is your servers not the PSN. Bungie what do you say?

Luis: Then enter in safe mode again and you will choose option #3. Luis: Once this process finish turn on again the console and you will be able to connect to the PSN , don't worry. Luis: This process can take a while. You: hang on and let me try that Luis: And you will be able to have the expansion pass in your game. Luis: Is there anything else I can assist you with today? You: so with that what happened that the expansion pass Luis: You will be able to have it in the game. Luis: Once you finish that process you can folow this steps in the game too: On PlayStation 3 From the XMB, go to [PSN] > Account Management] and press X Choose [Transaction Management] and press X Select [Services List] and press X Choose Destiny and press the X button. You should see the Destiny Expansion Pass and all other Destiny-related entitlements here You: I'm talking about all the other games that have locally saved data You: That will be wiped from the system You've been disconnected from the agent. Wow support has really gone down hill these days.

  • Bungie - There must be some other way of getting this to work. Sony Tier1 support is suggesting to do a wipe and rebuild of the entire system. That should not be an option. I should not have to wipe the system to get one game to work. Is this going to happen once the next expansion comes out? I'm almost at the point now with all the other stuff of asking for a full refund of the core game and the just purchased pass. The game is fun to play but this stuff is not.

  • You mean you did download pack and when u join destiny,its like u dont have dlc right? My friend have same problem too..
