Expansion pack Download issues
I have a PS3 that I have purchased the expansion pack for. It shows in the service license but does not show in game. PSN support says that it is in. For PS4 the resolution is reset the licensing. This apparently not available on the PS3.
Talked to Sony and they said that the issue is on Bungie and Actavition. Download of the DLC is your servers not the PSN.

Bungie - There must be some other way of getting this to work. Sony Tier1 support is suggesting to do a wipe and rebuild of the entire system. That should not be an option. I should not have to wipe the system to get one game to work. Is this going to happen once the next expansion comes out? I'm almost at the point now with all the other stuff of asking for a full refund of the core game and the just purchased pass. The game is fun to play but this stuff is not.
