Prepare to have your mind exploded ! I have found the root cause of all the hate for bungie and the mistake that has caused it all....
Ready ... ?
The game rated T for teen !!
Boom! Mind exploded right?
If bungie from the start would have rated it M for mature then all the squeakers wouldn't be raging on here in every post.
We have young ignorant children on here with access to the internet bitching about everything under the sun. Its like children these days feel they are the smartest people to have walked the earth. They are the center of the world and indestructible. Bunch little bratty Justin biebers running around breaking shit causing trouble. -blam!-ing little kids should be in bed at 8 and let us adults play our game.
Seriously jump in a random raid and the squeakers are the ones bitching about everything and never shut up. Theres reason lots clans have requirements of age.
That and fact they usually suck... but thats for different thread
Edit* hate list
1. Squeakers
2. Filthy xurners
3. derps
4. We-tards

You're right on the why people complain, but not why it's the reason. Making this a T rated game clearly meant they wanted it to be, not dumbed down, but more accessible for a player with limited time and sort attention span. If they aimed for an M rated game, sure younger kids would still get on, but some parents wouldn't let them, and the focus could be allowed to breath more and be more heavy story. One that makes you think of alliances and how the awoken aren't truly good, but not evil either even though they hold fallen. You could have more concerning interactions with the speaker about the deadly wars that were fought, much more than fractured grimoire cards. I enjoy this game a lot, but I wish it were more, I wish it were what it could have been a beautiful landscape with beautiful people living in a beautiful setting, not just addictive gameplay. One way or the other though a game was developed and no matter how many people say it's dumb or dying and how they are going to quit, there's three others who love this game. They aren't looking at the big picture for it, just what will keep the most people captivated, even at the cost of brilliance.
