Playing Roc playlist

I did like 7 strikes and out of 7 strikes i only got 3 rare engrams. That's over an hour of playtime for three rares. How pathetic of a reward is this?

Why would you continue to play tiger strikes when they moved the engram rewards to the Roc playlist?
