I'm a completionist. I'm not talking about the trash enemies at the beginning of sepiks prime strike, I'm talking about groups like the vex and minotaurs on the way to the archon priests once you get on the pikes. Why people skip those is beyond me. A legendary or decoherent might drop. This is why I level up the cryptarch every 3-4 strikes with decoherents. I kill everything in a strike.

This is why I get so many exotics from strikes. I skip past the dumb shit to get the end reward faster. More end rewards equal more chances. I'll take the end reward chance over an engram chance, as it's much more likely I'll get one from that.

As long as you finish the strike, it's still the same chance for a exotic/legendary. RNG has no memory.

Exactly. However it's a higher chance to get a great reward through finishing the chance than from a random engram. As shown by everyone including myself getting awesome rewards at the end.
