Quick guide I'm making as I do Eris's Urn Missions, in case anyone is having trouble with, as the second one sounded trickier than it actually is and the first, if you don't know where to look, could mean a slow trawl
550 likes! Damn! Never thought I could feel this helpful! :D
Will do a quick revamp on the post to make it easier to go through as a thanks!
NOTICE: Just added spoilers to each of the sections so that it doesn't clog up a huge portion of the screen.
Do we prefer this, or would we rather have the bulk text all laid out before us? Put your opinion down in the comments and I'll change it back or keep it this way dependent on your answers!
To start this mission you must get it from Eris. You will then need to purchase the Urn from Xur for 1 strange coin.
NOTE: I have this at the end of the post but I felt I should put it at the start too. TO FINISH THE QUEST YOU MUST TALK WITH XUR! ie; AT THE WEEKEND!
Rewards SPOILERS. Don't click if for some reason you don't want to know what the reward is.
1. Legendary Gauntlets with 33 Light.
2. Regret.
Credit for Titan stats goes to the few who messaged me.

1: Kill 25 Thralls with Fire Fusion Rifle Damage, Death Resets Progress
Like the OVERCHARGE bounty, the Vex Mythoclast works for this
By now you should all have Murmur if you're doing these missions, so getting the fire fusion shouldn't be a problem.
Go to the first mission on the moon (The Dark Beyond I think it's called). When you find the body of a dead guardian you'll get a little cutscene then be swarmed by thralls. There are about 12-18 thralls here. Kill them all with your fire fusion rifle, then return to orbit. Load the mission back up and you'll be at the same spot, repeat and you should have your 25 kills without dying. Another option would be to do the new Strike on Earth, as that has a load of Thralls in it, although the risk of death is slightly higher there, I'd dare say.
2: Kill 5 Cursed Thralls with Melee Attacks, Death Resets Progress
Recommended Abilities for this bounty.
Warlock: Scorch + Flame Shield
Warlock: Radiance + Melee Spam (You can include you reduced damage perk if you like)
Titan: Shoulder Charge
Titan: Bubble with Armour of Light
Hunter: Bladedancer with Hungering Blade

Now this one sounded terrifying to me, but then I died attempting it and realised something. If you attack one cursed thrall at full hp with a melee, you'll live. However getting 5 cursed thralls alone with yourself at full HP to melee? Not an easy thing. However, it's not the kills that count, it's the loot they drop. So you can happily stab one, die and the item will still be there on the ground. Rinse and repeat 5 times. A good mission I found for this (as I was halfway through it for a Vanguard challenge anyway) was Chamber Of The Night. After you kill the three Siphon witches a door will open and several cursed thralls will come out. The first one - if you kill the normal thralls - you can get by itself, and melee it to kill it. The others seem to be inseparable without a lot of work, but you can just stab one and let the double explosion kill you as you won't have picked up the drop. Drops will stay there if you die and respawn, but if you pick them up then die your progress will reset to 0/5. The video at the top is a quick example of what I mean.
TrustY
For step 2 melee cursed thralls I went to the new dlc moon mission. There is an endless supply of cursed thralls right before the darkness zone. This works better with 2 people but guide them around until one is far enough away from its group, weaken it to >1/2 health and melee it. The explosion will hurt but you won't die. Take your time.

3: Kill 100 Wizards and Acolytes with Void Damage, Some Progress Will Be Lost Upon Death
Some progress will be lost upon death = 20 point loss.. So I still recommend highly not dying.
This one is fairly simple, a lot like some of the exotic bounty parts. Simply kill 100 Wizards/Acolytes with a Void. I haven't yet tested if Warlock/Titan Void abilities would work, but I can only assume they would. Pull out your Atheons Epilogue or any variety of void weapon and this should be done fairly easily. I'm not completely sure which mission gives the most wizards and acolytes, but the Defend The Door objective in The Summoning Pits is a good bet, however having now tested with death I recommend NOT dying as it will make a large dent in your progress even if it does not reset it entirely.

TrustY
For step 3 (kill 100 acolytes/wizards w/ void) I went into a patrol on the moon and just ran around in the temple of crota area killing acolytes. Took me 5-10 minutes
CONFIRMED! Void abilities do work.
4: Take the Urn to Eris
5: Kill Urzok, the Hated in Earth's Skywatch During Public Events
NOTE! URZOK WILL DISAPPEAR WHEN THE PUBLIC EVENT FINISHES!
Now from reading this it seems like you have to kill him during public events. Now in my personal experience he only seems to spawn during public events so that's not so bad. Off to wait at the Skywatch if anyone wants to join me.
Urzok CAN be killed in the semi-public events
Murdered his ugly ass. Turns out he has very little health, the main problem is his shields. If you're packing arc weapons it should be a breeze.
6. Take the Urn to the Moon.
7. Ritual of Sacrifice (Mission)
NOTE: IF YOU DO THIS MISSION ON HARD MODE (30) YOU WILL RECEIVE 10 VANGUARD MARKS AND 5 MOTES OF LIGHT!
Mission steps:
-Enter the Temple of Crota
You spawn where you start the Summoning Pits Strike, you can run past all these enemies if you wish.
-Summon the Forsaken
This is where the darkness zone will hit.
Do a bit more running till you find a room with a big urn.
You will need to stand on the urn.
-Survive the Attack
There will be three sword (for three people). Defend.
Wave 1: Thralls.
Wave 2: Acolytes.
Wave 3: Sword Knights.
Wave 4: Wizards.
Wave 5: Ogres. (Are like Onions).
Note: I did this entire section with the sword on my first attempt, including the ogres. It's fun, however I would not recommend doing the ogre round with the sword! It's... interesting.
If anyone is having supreme trouble with this, here I have a hiding spot, courtesy of Prime (and anyone else who has posted it that I haven't seen!)
Prime
Also in the room with the giant urn, there's a perch high above this room. All classes can reach it and you can "camp" or cheese it to the end. Made it much easier. There are diagonal pillars around the middle area with a green glowstick-like torch/lamp running vertical through the pillar. Jump on the highest part of the lamp/torch thing then proceed to jump on the perch area.

YOU NEED TO GIVE THE URN TO XUR AGAIN, SO GET THIS DONE AT THE WEEKEND.
If anyone has any hints, tips or easy/ier ways to do some of these Mission/Bounties just shout and I'll edit them in.

I would add that killing Urzok the Hated in semi-public events ("the enemy moves against each other") is bugged. He cannot be killed. His shield doesn't even move.
