Voidfang vestments
Hello! I bought the Voidfang vestments from Xur not long before the first DLC, and now he sells a different version which has better stats (almost twice as good) for the same price and at the same level. My Voidfang vestments haven't changed however. Is supposed to be that way or is there any way to get the new version without re-buying it?

Yes, it's supposed to be that way. Unless Xur offers an upgrade for them, there is no other way of getting them other than as a random reward.
