There are no arc enemies so it would be ok but not better.
No shields as well for normal mode

Got an Ice Breaker 2.0 last night in a ROC Strike!!!! (Legendary Engram) and for once the Cryptarch was on my side. Will be leveling this baby up as soon as I get home from work today. Tried it out last night and freekin love this gun.
