Purchased both the base game and expansion on Psn. Under add-ons it says TDB is installed but in game it's unavailable...
I tried Restoring license but each time I get an error message "CE-30002-5"
Is there a fix for this issue in the works? How long should I expect till I am able to access this content?

After doing a quick search on Sony's website, I found the following troubleshooting steps: [quote]Cannot start the application. Application data may be corrupted.
