Before I downloaded the dlc today I was already vanguard level 8, from what I have heard you get vanguard commendation by leveling up your vanguard reputation past level 3. If that's right, then I should have 5 vanguard commendations for the levels that I have already gained but the thing is, I wasn't given them. So basically what Bungie is trying to tell me is that i'm not going to get the commendation points for the vanguard levels that I already gained? If that's true than I think that's a little unfair and that they should fix that.
