What was your method of stopping?
[spoiler]
Honestly, I'm asking this because I've wanted to quit chewing tobacco for a while, and I just don't know how I'm going to do it. I told myself I wasn't addicted until I tried stopping for the first time. It completely derailed me until I continued. That was about 3 years ago and I'm still packing. I started about 5 years ago, and while that doesn't sound like much, it's quite the toll on my wallet and dental health. My teeth just don't feel the same anymore. I can't sleep if I don't have a lip before bed. I don't mean for this to be a sob story, or attention whoring, I'm just seeking advice. Thank you.

The song is rap by the way, so if you detest the genre, don't click on it.

Titration (gradual reduction of the dosage) is one of the most reliable ways to reduce and then eliminate a dependency. The liquids used in vaping have specific concentrations of nicotine and can be gradually reduced over time down to zero nicotine. Then, quitting the vaping (since all you are "hooked on" is the hand-to-mouth and inhale/exhale experience) is far easier.
