Buyer beware is the general rule when you are buying things in the U.S. you can only get your money back if the item is faulty or it was false advertisement. You decide to buy it before they announced what was in it.

If you are going to buy something from a foreign country then you should know what their practices are for sales. When you buy most games they tell you cannot get a refund. The only way you would be able to is to prove they deceived you. You bought something blindly without knowing what it is. Don't buy expansion passes early anymore.
