What will happen to the vendors on the 9th?

•Existing Legendary gear on display in the Tower will be replaced
•New Legendary gear will feature higher Attack and Defense values
Thoughts? I'm curious whether these will simply be "upgraded" versions of current items with higher attack/defense but same perks, etc, or entirely new things. Speculation welcome.
(more specifically, I'm wondering if I should rush to get New Monarchy rank 3 and finally buy that Vanquisher for PVP and not open my package until the 9th, or try NOT to level hoping that will make sure I get a commendation and then I can get an all-around better, vanquisher V2. Advice welcome)

1 ReplyWill prices remain the same? I have 65 marks and 200 rep off a vanguard rank up on my 29 warlock. Will I be able to get him to 30 almost instantly? Just need gauntlets.
