ME3's subplots (not the main, but Mordin, Legion and Tali all dying on my first playthrough? Feels for days.
Reach had some. Seeing everyone die was so so, but lone wolf, the sad intro and just depressing vibe was a lot.
H4 got the feels going.
KotOR II didn't make me sad, but I felt.

How did you kill Morden!!! You monster!!! That by far is the most painful character death ever 😠.

I done nothing wrong. I tried to get him to stay. But he got dead. Other option was to have Krogan leader guy and the lady die, which would've been less sad but less true to the paragon side.
