Edited by TheNobleWolf: 12/7/2014 4:39:39 PMSo this is the Red Spider nebula. It's a planetary nebula located in the constellation Sagittarius... At the center of the nebula is a White Dwarf, and it is one of the hottest known stars, with a surface temperature of about 250,000 kelvins (so about 449,540 degrees Fahrenheit). Some scientist however believe the surface temperature to be even hotter, at about 500,000 kelvins (so 899,540 Fahrenheit).
To put that into perspective: the surface temperature of our Sun is 5,778 K (9,941 °F).
.... ... .. . .. ... .... -ShadowWolf
