What's the best way to do the two confluxes? My team tend to struggle on this but the most. How should we position ourselves? 3+3? 4+2? Should some people snipe from on top of that rectangular platform near Left? Any good "camp spots"?

We usually do two in each location. Left, mid and right. This allows each person to take responsibility for a route that a vex can take and call out when they need help.
-
2 Left/2 Right 1 Left and Mid/1 Right and Mid. Left/Right and Mid float between the two. Focus Mid but help/cover L/R when needed. Call out when you need support/teleports/sacrifices/minotaurs. I/hope/this/helps/./

We usually do 2 on left 2 in the middle to watch and 2 on the right.

The 2 strongest on the left, 2 on the middle spoon killing and 2 on the right 1 next to the cave looking at the templar and one shooting into the cave

Edited by kilz0r: 12/7/2014 1:21:04 PMOur group does three left, one mid and two right. That will work on both normal and hard difficulties. You can also keep the exact same formation when defending all three confluxes. Middle gets very little traffic so one man can easily defend it and chances are your third guy on the left will also be watching middle, so it's a cakewalk. I'm usually the guy at mid on my group and I'm easily able to defend my conflux as well as quickly help left or right if they need a a little support. So yeah, 3, 1, 2 is the best formation.

Most of my deaths at this point come from being shot in the back when the middle guys focus too much on the sides. It really depends on your levels. Get your 30's on the sides and 29's watching the middle. 2,2 and 2. If 2 guys can't hold right side alone they're doing something wrong. If you're getting overrun on the left have rockets at the ready. Ultimately it's all about communication, if you know where you're going to get shot from before you get shot, there really is no reason you should be dying.

Left side is the hardest so always 3 left. 2 on the right and 1 middle. Middle guy is positioned on the bottom right side, away from templar fire. From here he can see left conflux and jump up to help right conflux quickly if needed.
-
On the left one guy stands behind the conflux protecting him from damage and still have pretty good line of sight shooting up the stairs second guy stands on the back stairs taking out the enemies that come down the ramp In the middle one guy stands on each side and pretty much just kills easiest part and they help if need be on either side Right one guy stands far forward besides the cave so they can see in the cave and down the stairs mostly in the cave second guy stands next to the conflux or behind it to protect from the Templar shooting him/her Positions can be altered to fit play style but doing it like this makes it easy mode.... Or you can have all 6 people run around like chickens with their heads cut off its a lot more fun this way

3/3 or 2/2/2. Whatever works. Players know what to do.

Edited by SnipeyParsnip: 12/7/2014 2:01:03 PMOne left, one right, one middle, one dead, two AFK.
-
I'd say 3 left 2 right and one sniping, taking out the sniper hobgoblins and such
-
Normally 3L 1M 2R. With the 3rd on the left helping the mid when needed
-
Me and my guys run it as 2+2+2 the 2 guys in the middle hover over the left and right, while watching the middle, we always do it that when there is 3 confluxes, never have an issue.

Edited by Omnic0: 12/7/2014 12:53:33 PMPersonally, I throw two 30's on the right side, one guy watching the middle, and three guys on the left (I usually go left, and use the platform/Maxed ice breaker to take out the guys coming out of the back left door at the top of stairs, this leaves the other two on left side much less vulnerable) I find this is best, be it hard or regular. EDIT: Stick with this even when all three confluxes spawn, as long as the guy in the middle is prepared and knows to watch the back conflux at the same time, you'l be fine

2 on each is the best and two stay on either side of the staircase that leads down to the pit so that you can kill vex as they spawn from the caves beneath. Works easy for hard mode

3/1/2

We usually do 4+2 as we're all 30's and the right side is a piece of cake:)
