This thread needs to die it's been 1.5 years since I made it.
Not into the gym lifestyle anymore. I go usually 3 days a week and try to keep my diet relatively clean but I'm over the days where I'd be obsessing over putting my lifts up or seeing progress in the mirror.
Long as you're happy do what you want to do, if working out isn't a part of that then no problem.

Well I'm glad to see you realize how pathetic and sad this thread is. Honestly this is the kind of shit that unfortunately turns people away from the weigh lifting lifestyle.

Idc about that I'm well liked irl so it doesn't really matter about here, most of my Bnet friends are from private groups I was active in years ago anyway.

I work out 3 or 4 days a week because I get a bit of depression now and then and excercise helps with it. The fact that it gets me in shape and I look good because of it is auxiliary. You need to chill and stop being on the offensive all the time.
