To PS owners: Mates, we are screwed.
As tendency goes, Xur has an inventory, that is spread out across all platforms. With new change to Xur that makes him upgrade our exotics, that made me thinking.
Will Hawkmoon/Monte Carlo ever make it to his stocks of upgradables? Or these sought after guns will become obsolete until Fall 2015?
I won't even start on progression reset, there are a lot of threads out there on this.
Feel free to express your thoughts.
Edit: Just watched Planet Destiny video on upgrading exotics, and let me say: it's not reassuring.
It works like this: there are 6 armor pieces (2 for each class) and 6 weapons each week for upgrade. They don't depend on what is in your inventory, and they change from week to week, like Xurs normal stock.

PS is screwed yet another console doesn't even get the gun? I think your priorities aren't straight. You can always find another one that comes in the 2.0 version, no big deal.

I have heard that PS exclusive exotics will eventually make there way into his upgrade inventory. Dont whine too much because at least you have them. I assume Xur will sell them in fall of 2015 when they come to Xbox. All I got to say is by that time alot of people will have every exotic in the game.

My guess is they will have it on the upgrade list, after all you can't upgrade it unless you actually have it. I figure it'll be like the nightfall/weekly for the people who don't have the dlc

I think they will be sold still. But with this game I don't know, you can still get this guns dropped for you, buddy in my clan hot upgraded Monte. I still haven't got one since game release

given how Bungievision are giving the collective middle finger to Xbox, I think they will be upgradeable. the RNG system does contain the exclusive wepons, it's the only way to get them, and if Dust Palace can appear at random in a strike playlist, why shouldn't weapons in Xur's inventory? that said, Bungie need to answer this ASAP.

Well when (and god knows when that will be) the weapons such as Hawkmoon and Monte Carlo come to xbox then this will no longer be an issue. That or Bungie allows Xur to allow them to be upgraded with a big 'Screw you Microsoft' sign attached :P

I believe that in a Q&A it was said that if a PS exculsive weapon made it into Xur's upgrades, it would just be invisible to Xbox owners.
