Title says it all, normally when people whine and moan on the forums about stuff you seem to listen to them and make the changes that are being cried for to shut them up.
Please don't crumble under pressure this time and change the way Exotics are going to work with new DLC. I and many others think it's a good idea and it only seems to be the usual suspects on the forums that are moaning (lazy Xurners that want everything given to them on a plate)
That is all.
Cheers, Chingy
EDIT1 :
Right I'm not sure if what im about to say is correct but please do correct me if im wrong.
"Starting December 9th, Xûr will offer players the opportunity to upgrade Exotics to the higher Attack and Defense values
Upgrading an Exotic in this way will require an Exotic Shard
The upgrade will reset the progression invested into the item
Each week, Xûr will possess a selection of upgrades for existing Exotics in his inventory"
So if you decide to upgrade your exotic weapon so that you can take the damage on it further, it will then be reset if I'm correct?
also I don't see where it says "ALL EXOTICS WILL BE RESET AS SOON AS DLC LAUNCHES"
It's offering you a choice, if you want to make your weapon uber, you have to have it reset and then work on it again to make it uber good.
as I said above, If I'm wrong please correct me.
Edit2:
"From pictures I've seen the new base for exotics is 302, so you lose the the upgrades but still have a high attack gun"
Quoted from Reddit ^^
Apparently when you buy the upgrade for your exotic Weapon, It will be upgraded to 302 damage, then you have to put XP into it to get it up to 331 damage. It doesn't get reset right down to 272 like everyone seems to think.
Apparntly When you buy the Upgrade for

I'm not really sure Bungie listens to anything. They don't really seem to care what the people playing the game think. "Oh they seem to like that? Take it away!" "They are asking for this? Give them half of what they want but take away 5 other things they love."
