teams I've played in having perfected the blocking technique, so we only get a few rounds off before teleport. but it's easy for sections of the raid to take ages if you don't have a good time. I often rely on the forums to find a team and they are very hit and miss

I just jump off the first floating platform and use my super to fly across, hit the wall, and slide down lol (titan). Takes 10 seconds.
