New Dark Below notes (must read)
The Mythoclast will of course not need to be "re-leveled" :-)
Xur will offer 12 Exotics every week to be "re-leveled". The cost will be 1 Exotic shard & 7000 glimmer.
Crota's End Raid loot will have a higher drop rate.
Primary weapons will only drop in the hard mode which will be released in January.
