While I think Randal deserves some recognition, I don't think Kell is right for him. How do we know he's not a former, "forgotten" Kell? His Fallen followers could have balked under his rule and forced him into exile. Or he could have felt that it would be better as a hermit with his loyal Shank in his cave instead of ruling his people. If he wants the job, I back him for it. He at least deserves his own name in game and a buff. That way all who meet him will know his name and know they have fought a legend.
