  • Wizards & Warriors. Number 3 is still one of my favorite games. Also the Fallout series. Loved everyone so far except New Vegas.

The original Mario: my dad traded a guy our Atari 2600 for the NES (it's funny looking back because the guy boldly stated that Atari was the future.....). I remember playing it and watching others play it and thinking it was the coolest thing ever. The NES had all sorts of great games, Contra TNMNT, Castlevanina, Tecmo Superbowl...I could easily list a ton of games. The big game changer for me was N64/Mario64 - as it should have been for most gamers at the time. 3D gaming....whhhhaaaatttt??!!

Top down shooters where you're a jet shooting up with power ups coming every which direction. If I owned one arcade machine this would be it.

      • The one that did me in was probably WoW. Where I knew I was a serious gamer and could potentially have problem lol That being said, the ones when I was younger were never an "ah ha" moment. • I've been playing since Sears pong in the 70s..but Castle Wolfenstein and Wizardry on Apple II+ were what solidified my gaming foundation. Wasteland was most influential on gaming genres and reading (post apocalyptic).

        • So many out there but my all-time favorites have to be Ratchet and Clank Series and Onimusha 3: Demon Siege for the PS2. Loved the puzzles it had and the different elemental weapons. Wish they would make a new one!

        • Everybody is just naming old games. Yes u agree I spent a ton of time playing them. But World of Warcraft end of vanilla and burning crusade got me truly hooked on gaming. I was a teenager and no responsibility. Tons of time on my hands and every single second I had free I was on that game. Great times. Truly great times

            • The magic that "Doom" was, then the amazing goose bumps I was getting fighting in Half Life, destiny got me few (very) tense moments (killing Sepik Prime as lvl 27 on nightfall when both my partners were dead) but nothing came close to that!
