I had a Super Nintendo and played it a lot for back then. But the one game that got me hooked on video games was kingdom hearts. So stoked for the new one.

Edited by bopbarker: 12/3/2014 9:30:30 AMThe Legend of Zelda. Played that game so many times. Even the hard mode when you name Link... Zelda. Never understood that lol. First FPS was Wolfenstein 3D. My Dad even had a mod that turned all the -godwinslaw!- banners into very blurry pixelated nude women lol.

Edited by misstoker: 12/3/2014 9:26:14 AMGames I remember being hooked on (various platforms here); TMNT, goldeneye, streets of rage, tekken, tomb raider, dune 2000, crash bandicoot. The halo/oblivion/early cod addiction came much later on what was then next gen!

Didn't anyone play Medal of Honor: Allied Assault?

Sonic was my first ever game I sunk alot of time into that series, had to get the Emeralds, had to get Super Sonic (2 onwards) or Hyper Sonic in S3 & K. Boy, talk about OP (Though Super Tails was more OP). The first game I ever played seriously though, clocked up weeks of play time. Just so i could find another secret, heart, fairy, spell, skill, weapon was Zelda: ocarina of time. Christ, I spent a good 10 hours in the water temple trying to figure it out. To this day i can remember exactly what I need to do for it. Which is useful as my sister recently got it in her DS. From that i moved to FFVII, Gran Tourismo and Quake II. I have basically carried onwards from there.

Edited by Awwie: 12/3/2014 9:23:28 AMF Zero X when I got my first gaming console. The N64. Then got a Gameboy that came with Pokemon Yellow. The. Got PlayStation with Crash Bandicoot games with Hot Wheels: Turbo Racing which I still play on my emulator on my phone. Good freakin game. At age 11 or 12, (I am 19) I went to Jordan for a visit to my family. They had a computer lab near by that you can rent hourly and it had games installed and everything. First thing that got me interested was Counterstrike. I got hooooooooked so -blam!-ing quick that I got it on the PC when I came back. 1.6 has a special place for my heart. Same with Half Life.

Think Duck Hunt was one of the first games I can remember playing as a child. Had me hooked. I remember as each new system came out being amazed at the changes and how much better things looked each time. Gaming has gone a long way the last 20 years. Cant wait to see what the next 20 brings.

Super Mario Bros for NES. The year was 1989. Awww....those were the good old days. Nobody cried on forums to nerf Mario's fireball nor to fix the bug that let you jump on the turtle in the stairs repeatedly for extra points. #CryBabyAssBitchesNowTheseDays

The first game I got really into was either Mega Man 2 or Strider on the NES. I sunk a lot of hours into Final Fantasy 2 on the SNES as well.

I've had every system since Pong , minus Linx and NeoGeo , but all time ~ DBZ Budokai 3 Not the Tenkaichi BS . I was Good with all of them , even had EVERY character max 100 . But with Kakarot I was better than any character of any game I've used. Unbeatable . I could use the base Goku (game weak version) and NEVER lose to anyone with a maxed out whoever. Kid Buu & Vegeta lvl 100 were tough , but : NOPE. Bro , I didn't even have to go Kao~Ken...
