Combat, Space Invaders, Ms. Pacman and Frogger on my mate's Atari one summer holidays.

I started playing on a ZX Spectrum 2, played a lot of head over heels and Chucky egg then moved to Mario and Alex Kidd, but I really became a gamer when I played Ocarina of Time for the first time, nothing has ever lived up to those first moments

Every time I hear people talk about rage quitting, I think to myself, "These kids don't know what true rage quitting is if they never died with no lives left trying to beat King Koopa on the original Super Mario Bros on the original NES." Anyone under 30 can't comprehend how frustrating it was to have to start a game over from the very beginning every time they die (or run out of lives anyway).

I've been playing games for as long as I remember. Started on the Atari and have gotten almost every system (minus all of the Sega Genesis attachments. Thing looked like it was on life support with all of the wires.) through PS4. I can name games but I think I was sold more on being able to interact with what I saw on t.v.

My very first game ever was Super Mario World on the SNES and ever since I've been in love.
-
I always loved Mike Tyson's Punch Out, The Legend of Zelda, and Super Mario 3 for the NES. I have them on my wii. I'm glad to see people listing stuff as old as me. Some of these posts are games that came out when I was in high school. haha

i used to cry because my brothers wouldn't let me play Combat on Atari 2600. years later The Legend of Zelda pulled me way in to gaming, but GTA 3 melted my face. at my peak I had: Super Nintendo Nintendo 64 Sega Genesis Sega Saturn Playstation my house was robbed & all that was left was a mini Donkey Kong arcade game. I stopped gaming for a few years because I was "violated" & had no desire to start my game collection again. one night I went with a buddy to pick he girlfriend up & her dad was playing GTA3 on the PS2. he offered the controller & my love for games came back in an instant. the first car I grabbed was a Stallion. i was so impressed by the game. I could steal any vehicle I see. attack any NPC, or just simply drive around like a maniac & run from cops. the next weekend I got me a fat PS2 + GTA. FunFact: I bought my second PS2 (slim) for GTA: SA, a PSP for GTA: LCS & GTA: V for PS4, even tho I played it to death on my PS3.

International Karate on the Commodore 64. That game, THAT GAME! I remember my two older brothers playing it and wanting to have a go, as soon as did you couldn't get me off it. And the theme tune? Best ever!
-
Atari: missile command and space invaders.
-
Super Metroid. Still one of my favorites and I love new games that follow the same side scrolling/platforming theme.
-
Space invaders for Atari. Still have it!
-
Duck Hunt bro!! The original FPS!
-
Donkey Kong was the first game to make me rage. But in all fairness, it did cost 25¢ a run and I was 5 with a budget.
-
Pokemon silver.

Watching my older bro play creature shock and legend of Zelda. My first real love was Warcraft 2
