Duck Hunt is the first game I remember loving and wanting to play over and over - original Sonic is another. The first game I truly immersed myself in is Mario 64.
-
Zelda a link to the past The first game I really remember was Super Mario World on SNES my dad had a spectrum but I don't remember playing on it at all ( my dad says I was always on it)

Pokémon silver, played it on my Gameboy Color back when I was just a kid, loved it.

I played DOOM when it was first released. I actually helped set it up on our LAN and at lunch time we used to play among us engineers and even management got into it. Fun times. Then I had like a decade where I didn't play anything. Then at some point I played Resistance from Insomniac and got 'hooked' again. From that point, the only really memorable games (the ones I had a blast) were Killzone 2 and now Destiny (although I have a love-hate relation with Destiny). Lots of forgettable games in between and some sadness I could never really get into the COD wagon.

Edit: I continue to enjoy everyone's memories[/quote] Been gaming since commodore 64 but the one game i remember fully wanting was Mario 3 on NES. Oh good times. And then I think final fantasy 7 which was got me into Rpg's. I recall renting it when friends stayed over really having no interest, and then gave it a go when they had gone to bed. Next thing I know it's 6 am and I just left Midgard. Oh boy talk about epic.
