Petition to bring back Randal the Vandal
Enough said. We want Randal Back!
Edit: for those who don't know, Randal no longer has a much health as he originally did

I ran into him yesterday. Lvl 8 with a ton of health. It took me about 10 minutes to kill him with my lvl 26 hunter.
