Hawkmoon speed reload doesn't work.
After testing hammer forged vs speed reload, I think ive come to the conclusion that speed reload doesn't work.
I would be grateful for those with Hawkmoon help test. Chances are my math and timing skills are a bit rubbish.
Currently have hammer forged equipped.

Maybe I'm doing it wrong but I can't see any difference in reload time. Will test further when I get home from work. Will update post tonight.
