What? Gjallarhorn, Ice Breaker and Patience/Time are all better.
Then theres still other great PvP exotics like The Last Word and SUROS Regime. At best, those guns are in the same tier.

I'm confused about the ice breaker nothing looks changed I thought they removed the agility perk?

Ice breaker and TLW are my fav but thorn is good too. Although I have a lot of fun when I use Hardlight but I still find bad juju lacking but it is definetly better than before
