I'm a senior dietetic student at Colorado State University and wanted to [i]try[/i] and answer nutrition related questions to my fellow gamers. I'm trying not to play Destiny until after finals or until Xur brings a helmet for a titan. [b]Gaming Snack Idea #2: Black Bean Brownies[/b] Okay, so you enjoyed your Peanut butter with apples & bananas but today is a new day. You had planned on making a boxed brownie mix tonight so I want to offer a way to make those brownies a little healthier without affecting the flavor much. I have enjoyed these before and they are surprisingly good. [u]Supplies:[/u] 1 package brownie mix 1 cup water 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained (Optional) 1 cup chocolate chips or 1 cup pecans Step 1. Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 F (175 C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish (blindfolded). Step 2. Blend the black beans and water together using a blender until nice and smooth. Pour the beans into a large mixing bowl and mix the brownie mix until smooth; fold in chocolate chips or nuts. Pour mixture into a 9x13-inch dish. Step 3. Throw this baking dish into the oven and set the timer for 25 minutes. Step 4. While waiting for the brownies to bake go and run the weekly heroic because the cabal aren't going to punch themselves in the face! Titans FTW, Freddy J
