Bungie, I've been playing since Sep but been hit with #cattle this past week preventing me from even Signing In at the start. This means i can't even get to patch.
My ISP, ViewQwest has been trying to work with you on this issue through your number "7" technical email.
(This is the 4th time I'm repeating this) I have completed all my network, router and seeing troubleshoots to no avail. I was able to connect from Sep to 27/28 Nov afterwhich #cattle took over
Hope you can provide some info on my predicament.
P.S. Is Cogent Communications your carrier? Could Cogent be restricting connections from my ISP to your servers? If it is indeed your carrier, please work with them to resolve this.
