How do you figure you trade vanguard marks for crucible marks?

They apparently removed the option to trade in matierals for 5 marks and faction xp. So nvm, they made the game worse.

Well I'm a fan because I can switch between pve and pvp, I just can't stand running in circles looking for rocks
