Why in the new trailer does that one guy have a lightsaber that looks like a -blam!-ing broadsword?

Didn't really look like a broadsword, just had a hilt. And if a lightsaber hilt isn't badass, I don't know what is.

They were midget lightsabers, in what universe :/ would there be a need for two toddler dick sized lightsabers stuck to your already OP weapon. BUNGIE NEEDS TO NERF LIGHTSABERS!!!
